Ribs
Cinnamon

Salt
Olive oil
Maple surrup

Preparation
Step 1
Coat Ribs in olive oil or orange juise then season with cinnamon, sugar, and a little bit of salt.
Step 2
Place Ribs in apreheated smoker at 250º for about 4-5 hours. Spray with oil or orange juice throught the burn.
Step 3
When ribs start to have a crust pull them from the grill and coat with maple syrup. Place back in to the smoker untill syrup starts to caramelize.
Step 4
Once the syrup starts to caramelize you will wrap them in either foil or butchers paper till done.
Step 5
Pull of smoker and let rest for 30 miutes then serve.
